NIGHTMARES & DREAMSCAPES
A very intriguing Stephen King series. I enjoyed it quite a lot. It was eerie in some installments while totally frightening in others. I found "Battle Ground" with William Hurt the best of the lot. I usually am not impressed with William H. Macy but he did a good job with 2 characters in "Umney's Final Case". The most frightening stories were the "Road Virus" with Tom Berenger and "Crouch's End" with Clair Forlani. I liked "Fifth Quarter" because it was somewhat different. Not a horror or supernatural witch story but a crime story. It stood out because of this difference. Jeremy Sisto played a good part. I also really liked "The End of the Whole Mess" with Henry Thomas. The only boring one for me was "Rock N Roll Heaven" with Kim Delaney.
