Note: This fan fiction was inspired by my first visit to Idaho. Idaho is a long way from southern Illinois, and there is a lot of high sagebrush desert in Idaho. But it also has many small farm communities, with cows, horses, green pastures, and tall cornfields.

Steve Although I thoroughly enjoyed the love/sex scene in this film, I decided to write this story, in an effort to "deepen" the relationship between Steve and Courtney. Although it was apparent to me that there was more than just a physical attraction going on, some fans have said that they believe Courtney was only "using" Steve, trying to manipulate him sexually, in order to get him to help her escape Rockwell Falls. I am not going to dispute other peoples' opinions. I wrote this story for my personal enjoyment, and hopefully some of you will like it. I took the liberty of putting into Steve's mind some of those very distrustful feelings where Courtney is concerned. I myself found Courtney to be a very nice person, more kind hearted than meets the eye at first, and with a lot of emotional pain in her past, like Steve.
Courtney This story is also my own fictitious creation, and adds more of Courtney's "history" and even though we all know why some people desperately want to get out of Rockwell Falls, this story gives us more of her own very justifiable reasons.
