Review from Movie Geek Feed

Upon first seeing this movie title, I was expecting a comedic Jewish vampire movie. What I got was a movie about the production of a spoof Shakespearean play mixed with the "real" ancient feud between Horatio and Hamlet. The way I have been describing it is as a kind of Shaun of the Dead with vampires and then throw in a dash Juno.
Not really having any expectation about this movie, I took it for what it was and thoroughly enjoyed it. The script was right on and mixed a lot of laughs with maybe one or two shocking moments. It was the way the movie was shot that reminded me of Juno.
The acting in this film was awesome for this style of movie. Now if you're a movie buff like I am, you'll notice a lot of actors right away. The one that really caught my attention was Devon Aoki, who played Miho in Sin City and the upcoming Sin City 2. There was also the Karate Kid himself, Ralph Macchio.
When I started to write this review, I didn't know where to begin because there is just too many little things that are cool. If I started listing them, there wouldn't be much of a reason to go see it for yourself. This flick is worth seeing. I've already told my friends to keep a watchful eye out for it and I'd recommend the same for you.
