WRONG TURN

Fan Review by Monica, Oct. 13, 2008

(Contain Spoilers)

Being a fan of horror movies, I saw it in 2004. It´s the typical story of a group of charming and healthy young people who get lost in the woods and they start to be killed by a strange and deformed men who live there. The story is not too original but I like because the acting is correct, the movie only is 80 minutes and, the best of all, the killers are a great creation of the marvellous special effects artist Stan Winston (The Thing, Alien). Jeremy Sisto is only a few minutes on screen but his Scott is adorable and you feel sorry when he is murderer (“Run, Scott, Run” LOL). I like the brave role of Eliza Dushku and the homenage to classical horror movies such as “Deliverance” and “The hills have eyes”. The movie has some terrorific and disturbing scenes but the story has also action and suspense. It has a disgusting sequel which I don´t recommend. Wrong Turn is an OK movie.

6/10.
